Gain Valuable Skill Training

Before you host your Success Talk, we provide a 1-hour training workshop for your Moderator and Speakers.  These tools and tips ensure smooth, high-impact Success Talks and help them be terrific Moderators and Speakers at other events.  Delivering a Success Talk is great practice for other spotlight events.

Theme & Focus

The theme is Success.  You are welcome to focus your Success Event on a particular subject such as an industry, job role, issue (AI, learning from failure, time management, effective decision-making, etc).

Easy Format (daytime example)

11.30am:  check in and networking
12pm:  Moderator kicks off the Success Talk, introduces each Speaker individually
12-12.30pm:  Speakers (3-4) deliver 5-minute speeches
12.30:  Moderator opens Q&A
12.55pm:  Moderator wraps up

After work sessions kick off at 5.30pm and wrap up at 7pm.

Recording (optional)

You may record the talks for use internally or externally.  Attendees are advised that they may be recorded.  Please include Positive Return branding.

Ticketing

• You decide how many attendees your location can hold.
• You reserve a number of free tickets for your team to attend.
• We offer $10 tickets to the business community.  [This helps reduce no-shows.]

Refreshments (optional)

It is your choice whether to offer refreshments.  You can enlist a sponsor to offer their products.

Setting the Date & Logistics

Once you select a date and decide the location, we will communicate all security, parking, and other information to the attendees and provide an attendee list to you.  The earlier the date and location are set, the better the turnout will be.

Event fee

Oh oh, you knew it was coming. 

Yes, there is a very low fee for all this incredible training, product/service exposure, and community engagement.  It is US $5,000 per event, but 2 companies can work together on an event.
